Did he found the Church? YES and NO
We cannot be simplistic with Peter and that alone is the foundation of the church.
The entire life, mission, ministry, person of Jesus sent from the Father and sending of the Holy spirit is the foundation of the church.
6 Key Aspects of the Foundation
1. Preaching of the Kingdom of God
2. Call of the Disciples - calling the new people of God
3. Promise to Peter
4. LAst Supper
5. Death and Resurrection
6. Pentecost - Gift of the Holy Spirit
